NOTIFY
Notify us that you wish to return your item(s) within 30 days of having received it.
RETURN
We'll send you a returns reference number. You should include this in your return.
REFUND
On receipt of your return, we'll inspect the item(s). Your refund will be processed within 14 working days subject to your return meeting our returns criteria.
Refund Policy
We understand that on occasion you may change your mind and wish to return an unwanted product. Please inform us within 30 days of the original delivery date and we will arrange either option for you.

Once we are in receipt of your original product(s), we will need to assess it to ensure that: it is not damaged, that it is in an unused condition and that it is suitable for re-sale. Assuming that this is the case, we will then process your refund.

All refunds are made to the original method of payment, and you should expect to see the refund within 14 working days.

Eligibility for Refunds

Your item must not have been used or installed and it must be in the same condition that you received it; and

The item must be in its original packaging to be classed as a resaleable product.
Exempt Goods
Custom made or special order products are exempt from refunds and exchanges, except in the following circumstances:

Where a custom made or special order product is delivered and you identify a defect. It is important to note that you must notify us in writing, with photos, of any defects within 24 hours of the delivery date to be eligible for a refundon this type of product.

If the product is found to be faulty, post installation, subject to fitting recommendations being followed accurately.

Partial refunds
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund in the event that any item returned is not in its original condition, is damaged or is not returned in a condition that would allow us to re-sell the product.

We have the right to refuse refunds in part or full for any item that is returned after the 30 day period.

Late or missing refunds
We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receipt of the return.

If you have received notification that your refund has been processed, but you haven’t received the funds within 14 days of the notification, please contact your bank in the first instance to check its progress.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping
It is your responsibility to pay the fees to return the original product(s) to us.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and insuring the parcel against unexpected loss and/or damage.
High Style Bathrooms cannot be held liable for any items that do not arrive with us or which are damaged in transit.

In some instances we may be able to arrange a courier to collect the item from you. Please note that in the event of two failed attempts to collect, a collection fee of £25.00 for each subsequent attempt will be deducted from any refund.

Please contact us to obtain a returns reference, and any relevant instructions prior to shipping your item.

We cannot be held responsible for any delivery fees that you may incur if delivery is attempted, and subsequently rejected as a result of High Style Bathrooms not being informed prior to your making arrangements to return an item.

We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any parcel. Refunds will not be issued unless we are in receipt of the item(s).
