Returns Policy
We understand that on occasion you may change your mind and wish to return an unwanted product. Please inform us within 30 days of the original delivery date and we will arrange either option for you.

Once we are in receipt of your original product(s), we will need to assess it to ensure that: it is not damaged, that it is in an unused condition and that it is suitable for re-sale. Assuming that this is the case, we will then process your refund.

All refunds are made to the original method of payment, and you should expect to see the refund within 14 working days.
For returns of unwanted goods it is very important to be aware of the following:

We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or installed

We cannot accept returns for any bespoke, custom or special orders

Your returns should be repackaged with adequate protection to protect from the possibility of damage in transit and must be suitable for re-sale. Please note that if the product(s) are damaged on arrival with us, we have the right to decline to issue a refund

Adequate protection is over and above the packaging that you will receive the order in. This is due to our use of specialist couriers to reduce the risk of damage.

It is your responsibility to pay the fees to return the original product(s) to us. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and insuring the parcel against unexpected loss and/or damage. Designer Rads cannot be held liable for any items that do not arrive with us or which are damaged in transit

You must contact us to obtain a returns reference prior to shipping any return

We cannot be held responsible for any delivery fees that you may incur if delivery is attempted, and subsequently rejected as a result of High Style Bathrooms not being informed prior to your making arrangements to return an item.
Damaged Goods
Our team package your order carefully before it is dispatched to you, so it is rare that an item would be damaged. However, we do understand that sometimes this may happen.

It is very important to inspect your goods upon delivery. However, if you do not get this opportunity, please inspect your goods within 48 hours of delivery.

Should you discover any damage, then please report this to our Team within two working days of delivery. You can do this by sending an email to sales@highstylebathrooms.co.uk and include a photograph of the damage. If you have retained the external packaging, please also send a photo of this within your email.

Once we have received your email, our Team will review and make the necessary arrangements with you to resolve the issue.

Important Note: Please ensure that you have inspected your goods thoroughly before allowing your installer to install them. We are unable to replace or refund damaged items that have been installed.
Faulty Goods
Please contact us if you believe you have a defective product.

We may be able to resolve a problem by providing technical advice or by sending replacement parts. We may also request that the manufacturer contact you directly.

Due to the technical nature of the products we sell, it may not be immediately evident if the product is faulty or if the issue is a result of the installation or domestic environment. This is due to additional factors such as water pressure, the electrical supply and the requirement for professional installation.
We reserve the right to collect and arrange for the item to be tested to ascertain the cause of a purported fault. This process may take up to 30 days, although we will always aim to act as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that High Style Bathrooms are not responsible for arranging the uninstallation of the item or any fees incurred in the uninstallation prior to collection. We would kindly ask the buyer to make these arrangements, with assurances that should the product(s) be found to be faulty, we will re-imburse such fees subject to satisfactory proof of invoice from a reputable third party.

Please be aware that if the item is found not to be faulty, any costs incurred in collecting (and returning) the item may become chargeable.

It may be possible for us to identify a product defect without the need to collect or test. If you can provide images or videos of the suggested faulty item, this may help us in identifying and resolving the issue as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Once a fault has been confirmed you are entitled to:

an exchange or refund if the product(s) are within 30 days after delivery of your order; or
-
if the fault has been reported after 30 days, a repair or replacement with one of equal value.

Products that develop a fault after 1 year are usually covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase and any warranty documentation, if supplied, in case you need to claim under warranty at a later date.
